  If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Personalized products CANNOT be refunded

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  2. Bring to USPS Location - return your order(You will need to pay shipping fee first, If the package is damaged or has quality problems, we will refund the shipping fees to you after receiving the goods)

  3. Wait for the package to be returned to us (Don't forget you need remember the return tracking number and let me know it)

  4. Refund to your payment account

      *If the return happens because you don't like it or want to replace another product, you need pay the shipping fees of return and shipping fees of new products that send back to you

      *If the return is caused by damaged during transit or product quality problems, we will refund to you: The cost of the product plus your return fees
